Charismatic penthouse infuses chic design with downtown excitement

Life is busy, busy, busy for dual-career couple George and Madelyn Kinemond—he as Director of Finance for a major company and she as owner of her own interior decorating firm. Their primary residence is a large Tuscan style home in Tierra Verde, but they were intrigued when, in 2003, the opportunity arose to purchase pre-construction a two-story penthouse at the McNulty Lofts in downtown St. Petersburg, just minutes from George’s office.
